    Chamomile Bath Salt Recipe

There’s nothing quite like relaxing in a warm bath after a long day.

    Stressful day at work? Bath.
    Kids driving you mental? Bath.
Sore and tired muscles after exercising? Bath. (We’ve heard that exercise is a thing!)

Bath salts are a lovely way to enhance the calming properties of your soak. We use mineral rich Epsom Salts to give the body a magnesium boost, calming the muscles and the mind. Chamomile helps to allay feelings of stress and tension, making space for serenity. Gorgeous Geranium brings the mind, body and spirit back into balance.
