Niaouli has a refreshing and mildly stimulating effect on the mind. It can be used as a gentle alternative to Eucalyptus. But in low doses it can provide calming or relaxing properties.

Similar to Eucalyptus, it is a great cleansing oil that can help clear congestion and reduce inflammation. It is also popular in products to support the respiratory system, such as chest balms or rubs.
